Can I edit a form I've already submitted?

If you need to update information on a form you have already submitted, you may submit a new version of the same form with the corrected details. The most recent submission will be the version your school reviews for approval.

Before resubmitting, carefully review the form to ensure that all fields are accurate and complete, including dates, signatures, and any required attachments (such as physical examination forms or medical documents). Providing a fully corrected version helps minimize delays in the approval process.

If your earlier submission is still displaying a status of "Pending" (not yet approved or rejected), you may also request that your school’s staff reject or void the original submission. This allows staff to focus on the updated form and helps prevent confusion about which version should be processed.

If you are uncertain whether you should resubmit the form or request that the previous version be rejected, contact your school’s Athletics, Fine Arts, or designated office to confirm their preferred process for managing updated forms.
