How do I upload my student's Physical and/or Medical Documents?

Check for a “Physical Upload Form”:
- Some schools require forms to be submitted directly to the athletic department, not online.
- Visit your school’s online forms site and look for a “Physical Upload Form.”
If No Upload Option Appears:
- You may need to hand forms directly to the athletic department.
- This is a district or school decision, not a Rank One setting.
Getting Rejected or Still See Errors?
- Ensure all required fields/signatures are filled.
- If the form is rejected but should be accepted, contact your school athletic office to check their approval process.
- If technical errors persist, contact Rank One support with the specific issue.
