I submitted a form, but it was rejected or is stuck in  the "Pending" status.

Form approvals are handled by your school's staff. If your submission was rejected or still shows as Pending, please contact your school athletic or fine arts office directly for review or clarification.

  1. School Approval Required:
    • Approval/denial decisions for forms are handled by the school’s staff, not Rank One support. A form with a "pending" status has not yet been reviewed by school staff.
  2. Check for Signature Sections and Required Fields:
    • Missing signatures or incomplete sections are the number one reason for rejections.
  3. Contact the Athletics or Fine Arts Department:
    • For more info on why a form was rejected, parents should contact their school’s athletics or fine arts office.
    • Rank One support can only confirm if the platform is working, not why a school rejected a document.
