I submitted a form, but it was rejected or is stuck in the "Pending" status.

Form approvals are handled by your school's staff. If your submission was rejected or still shows as Pending, please contact your school athletic or fine arts office directly for review or clarification.

1. School approval required.

  • Decisions to approve or deny forms are made by school staff, not by Rank One Support.

  • A form with a "Pending" status has not yet been reviewed or updated by school personnel.

2. Check signatures and required fields.

  • Missing signatures or incomplete required sections are the most frequent reasons forms are rejected.

  • Review the form to confirm that all signature areas and mandatory fields have been fully and accurately completed.

3. Contact the Athletics or Fine Arts department.

  • For specific information about why a form was rejected or remains pending, parents and guardians should contact their school’s Athletics or Fine Arts office.

  • Rank One Support can verify that the platform is operating correctly but cannot determine or modify a school’s decision to approve or reject a document.
