My student transferred to a new school or school district. Why hasn't this been updated in Rank One?

After transferring, you'll need to wait for the new school to add your child to Rank One. The school is responsible for entry; contact their athletic office if you can’t add your student.

  1. Remove the Old Student Profile:
    • In your parent account, remove the student from your old district’s portal.
    • Instructions:
      • In the app: Click the student’s name > select Remove Student.
      • On the website: Click the red X next to the student.
  2. Add the Student in the New District:
    • Use the information provided to you by the new district.
    • The new school district will enter your student in Rank One on their end. Once they do, you can “claim” your student and link their new profile to your account,
  3. Student transferred to a new school within the same school district.
    • Since your student already exists within the school district’s system, they'll just need to be moved to their new campus by a district Rank One Administrator. Once they have done this, your student’s school will update on your end.
  4. Still Not Able to Add?
    • The new school may not have added your student yet. Contact your Athletics or Fine Arts department to confirm your student is visible within their Rank One system.
