My student transferred to a new school or school district. Why hasn't this been updated in Rank One?

After transferring, you'll need to wait for the new school to add your child to Rank One. The school is responsible for entry; contact their athletic office if you can’t add your student.

1. Remove the old student profile.

  • In your parent account, remove the student from your previous district’s portal.

    • In the app: select the student’s name, then choose **Remove Student**.

    • On the website: click the red **X** next to the student’s name.

2. Add the student in the new district.

  • Use the access information provided by the new district.

  • The new school district will add your student to Rank One in its system. Once this is complete, you can “claim” your student and link the new profile to your parent account.

3. Student transferred to a new school within the same district.

  • Because your student already exists in the district’s Rank One system, a district Rank One administrator only needs to move the student to the new campus.

  • After this change is made, the student’s school will update automatically in your account.

4. Still not able to add the student?

  • The new school may not have added your student to Rank One yet.

  • Contact the Athletics or Fine Arts department at the new school to confirm that your student appears in their Rank One system.
