The system cannot locate my student. How can I link them to my account?

If you receive a message stating your child isn’t in the database, please contact your Athletics or Fine Arts Department. They must add your student into their database before you will be able to link your student to your account.

1. Check that your student has been entered by the athletic department.

  • Your school’s athletic department must first add your student to Rank One.

  • Until the student is entered in the system, you will not be able to claim the student or complete required forms.

2. Contact your athletic department.

  • Ask the athletic department to verify that your student is listed in Rank One with the correct name and student ID.

  • Be prepared to provide your student’s full name, student ID, and campus.

3. Still not working?

  • Carefully confirm the spelling of your student’s name and the student ID number you are entering.

  • If the issue persists, contact Rank One Support and include your student’s full name, student ID, school, and district so the team can assist with troubleshooting.
