The system cannot locate my student. How can I link them to my account?
If you see a message that your child isn’t in the database, please contact your Athletic Department. They must add your student into their database before you will be able to link your student to your account. If needed, provide us their name, state, school district, and we’ll help look them up.
- Check That Your Student Is Entered by the Athletic Department:
- Your school’s Athletic Department must first add your student to Rank One.
- If not, you won’t be able to claim the student or complete forms.
- Contact Your Athletic Department:
- Ask them to confirm your student is entered in Rank One using their correct name and student ID.
- You may need to provide your child’s full name, student ID, and school/district.
- Still Not Working?
- Double-check spelling and ID numbers.
- Contact Rank One support with your student’s details.
